Jasmine rice - Thai aromatic steamed white rice    
 
Cambodian salad - cabbage, carrots, glass noodles, red onion, and no-oil sweet and sour dressing made with fruit juices topped with mint, cilantro and crushed peanuts    
 
Cucumber salad - Cucumber, red onion and colantro with a no-oil sweet-sour, a bit of chili, fruit juice plus fructose dressing    
 
Siracha - Thai Tobasco, hot and spicy    
 
Sweet pepper - traditional sweet and tangy, medium hot    
 
Peanut - originally from Indonesia, creamy, sweet and tangy with coconut milk.    
 
Salsa - Mexican/Brazilian/Thai with tomatoes, chopped chile, onion, mint, cilantro, sweet, medium to mild    
 
Chutney - Su-Mei's own recipe, mild with seasonal fruits, mostly with apples, raisins, spices    
 
Egg roll sauce - chile, sugar, fish sauce, vinegar    
 
Fantastic egg rolls (chicken) - white meat chicken with cabbage, glass noodles, eggs and seasoning in a wheat flout based wrapper    
 
Fantastic egg rolls (vegetarian) - baked tofu with cabbage, glass noodles, carrots, onion and seasoning in a wheat flout based wrapper    
 
Salad rolls - rice noodles, lettuce, cucumber, carrot, daikon, mint and cilantro with a choice of chicken, baked tofu, shrimp, salmon with mango, special vegetarian salad roll with backed tofu stir-fried in glass noodles, smoked trout with pickled ginger. All wrapped with rice paper with a bit of salt    
 
Satay - white meat chicken tender marinated with spices and grilled    
 
Small satay - white meat chicken tender, thinly sliced, marinated with spices and grilled    
         
    NOODLE RESTAURANT    
         
    Soups:    
 
Chicken soup base is cooked with star anise, diakon, carrots, celery, soy sauce, salt and pepper    
 
Vegetarian soup base is cooked with the above without the chicken    
 
Spicy soup has a paste added, made with chiles, Lao ginger, lemongrass, salt and pepper    
 
Choice of noodles: egg noodles which are made with wheat. Rice noodles are made with rice flour, salt, water and oil-both thin and wide. Vietnamese noodles are made with rice flour    
         
    Choices of noodles:    
 
Rad-Na - choice of thin or wide noodles with meats or vegetarian, tofu and vegetables. Noodles are stir-fried with soy sauce and then topped with a gravy-like sauce with broccoli and muctard green.    
 
Eslam - wide rice noodles stir-fried with a paste made with fresh tumeric, hot chiles, lemon grass, Lao ginger and garlic. It could be stir-fried with chicken or tofu with vegetables including zucchini, red bell pepper and muchrooms.    
 
Drunken noodles - wild rice noodles stir-fried with a paste made with the same as Eslam but without tumeric. There is a choice of chicken or tofu for vegetarian.    
 
Pad see-ewe - wide rice noodles stir-fired with egg, dark soy sauce with choice of meats, vegetarian and broccoli.    
 
Mee-soua - egg noodles stir-fried with chicken, shrimp, mustard greens, carrots, red bell pepper, bean sprouts, seasoned with oster sauce.    
 
Pad Thai - thin rice noodles in a savory-sweet-tangy sauce with tomato, tamarind, and sugar, with a choice of chicken or tofu, bean sprouts, topped with peanuts.

Thai ice tea - Herbal mix with regular tea, brewed and mixed with canned milk and sweet condensed milk - 16 oz. cup for $3.00
